AsafoetidaA friend of mine introduced me to this cool Indian herb called asafoetida (pronounced as-fi-TI-da). It’s cool because you can use it in food preparation in place of onion and garlic.

I avoid onion and garlic as much as I can because it gives me a funny belly, a yucky taste in my mouth that usually lasts about a day, and it increases the heat in my body so I often get redness and inflammation in my skin after eating it.

It’s unfortunate because I know how healing both onion and garlic can be to the body. I wrote an article about garlic over a year ago now and it’s an article that’s referred to a lot from the readers of this blog. Acne on adult skin

acne-covering-faceIt’s a big day for me tomorrow, I’m turning 30! And luckily I don’t feel too old just yet, but I do kind of feel too old for acne.

I remember having this intense frustration when my skin was bad in my late twenties about my age and how a “normal” late twenties something should not have a severe acne condition like I had. I guess over time we’ve just learned to associate acne with teenagers so it’s become one of those things that doesn’t seem to fit with those of us that are a little (or a lot) older. But when you really think about what acne is, it’s perfectly normal for it to happen to anyone of any age.

Do you exercise regularly ? What do you do to stay in shape ? The answer is within the question itself. If we want to stay in shape we have to exercise regularly. I am a woman so i can only give tips that can be useful to other women. I dont know anything about muscle building or heavy workout exercises. What i know is that Girls want to stay in perfect shapes from age of 16 to 50. Teenagers really care their beauty by reading books about health tips. At the time of studying they want to be more beautiful so that boys will look at them. And they also want to make sure that they are the best looking among friends. I know many girls who used to play basketball and do aerobic exercises and dance classes so that they can maintain their body weight and strength without doing any heavy diets. My advice is that it is not good to go on dieting.
